Important Notices

  • Requests for quotations should be emailed to Charne at charne@soafrica.com. Do not register first if you need a quotation – that will result in you being sent an invoice for which you will be held liable. After the quotation was accepted you should register online.
  • All registration fees, including Purchase Orders, must be paid before 01 October 2017.
  • By registering for the conference you accept responsibility for the payment of the invoice.
  • Monies still outstanding from previous conferences must be settled first before you will be allowed access to the conference.
  • Cancellations and substitution must be send in writing to Charne at charne@soafrica.com.

 

 

  • Any paid cancellation received in writing before 31 July 2017 will be result in a 90% refund of the paid fees.
  • Any paid cancellation received in writing before 31 August 2017 will result in a 50% refund of the paid fees.
  • Any paid cancellation received in writing after 01 September 2017 will result in a 0% refund.
  • All refunds will only be paid after the conference.
  • If a paid delegate who are not able to attend the conference anymore, need to send a substitute this must be communicated in writing to Charne at charne@soafrica.com. The paid fee will be increased to the relevant fee if the first delegate is substituted with a delegate that is in a different category with a higher fee. The paid fee will remain as it is for the first delegate if the substitute delegate is in a cheaper category than the first delegate.
